One Ring was created with the intention of ensuring every client - both mum and dad - feel truly seen, heard, and supported through their pregnancy journey and beyond. As a nurse and mother, I bring professional expertise, practical guidance and personal understanding to this role. My hope is that the support I offer women further embodies my belief that wellness extends into all areas, particularly as they enter the most beautiful and challenging stage of life - motherhood.

Postpartum Nurse/Doula include:

- Pre-natal education
- Techniques to manage and prepare for labour
- Optional birth attendance
- How to navigate the healthcare system in Niagara
- Mental Health check-ins + emotional support for recovery and the transition to motherhood
- Newborn care education
- Breastfeeding guidance + support
- Light household help (groceries, meal prep, laundry, tidying)

Hi, I’m Shannon :)

I am a nurse with nearly 10 years of experience in a hospital-based care. including the last 3 years in Emergency Medicine and most recently, in plastic surgery. I am passionate about people feel and look their best. A little over a year ago, I decided to pursue a goal I never thought I could achieve as a single mum - opening my very own wellness and aesthetic clinic.

Working under the medical direction of Alisha Smith, NP of Jova Medical Aesthetics, I am able to offer IV Infusions, IM and subcutaneous injections. I also offer Dysport/Botox and dermal fillers to restore and enhance your natural beauty.

One Ring is located in my home in Welland, Ontario. I hope to make you feel safe and welcome here by providing you with a clean, professional medical environment.
